Community World Cup Tournament 2026
ECCC Ontario has announced the launch of its Community World Cup Tournament 2026, a youth soccer event designed to bring together young players and community organizations in celebration of the FIFA World Cup 2026.
The tournament is tentatively scheduled for June 27, 2026, at Thorncliffe Community Centre (Jenner Jean-Marie Community Centre) and will feature participants aged 6 to 13 years old. Teams will represent nations participating in the World Cup, promoting cultural pride, teamwork, and community engagement.
The event is expected to host up to 80 young players and will include trophies, medals, certificates, and refreshments for participants. Community organizations are also invited to attend and showcase their programs and services.
The tournament aims to strengthen community bonds while providing youth with a fun, inclusive, and memorable sporting experience inspired by the world’s most celebrated soccer competition.

2026 Eid Al-Fitr Celebration

2026 Qur’an Memorization
We thank Allah SW for allowing us to have this beautiful and blessed Quran competition on March 07, 2026. We are very proud of all the children who participated and worked hard to read and memorize the words of Allah.

2026 Iftar Event
By the grace and favor of Allah, ECCC Ontario held an Iftar gathering on Friday, the 10th of Ramadan, 1447 AH, corresponding to February 27, 2025. A large number of brothers and sisters attended the invitation. ECCC Ontario also held the Maghrib prayer, followed by a short competition, and concluded with the Isha and Tarawih prayers. We ask Allah Almighty for acceptance and forgiveness.

2025 Soccer Tournament
We would like to express our thanks and gratitude to all our students who participated in the fourth ECCC Ontario football tournament, which was held on Sunday, December 28, 2025, at the Thorncliffe Community Center, for their sportsmanship and high competitive spirit.

ART CLASSES – PAINTING
Art encourages children to think, develop skills and confidence as they go.
The painter has the universe in his mind and hands – Da Vinci
This activity was run by ECCC in February 2023.
The artist, Ruth Smith, was the main facilitator of the program.
The course touches on art history, art theory and also has a strong emphasis on practicality. It was well rounded and well planned.
