Ramadan with an Eritrean Touch in Canada

💥We are pleased to inform you that the Eritrean Canadian Cultural Center will be holding its annual Qur’an Memorization Competition for our sons and daughters, ages 5–13 years old.
May Allah make our children among the people of the Qur’an and bless the efforts of everyone involved.

This activity was run by ECCC in February 2023. The artist, Ruth Smith, was the main facilitator of the program. The course touches on art history, art theory and also has a strong emphasis on practicality.

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan 2023, ECCC held two lectures under the title: Ramadan: Spirit, Mind and Body.

In the name of the dear father, Jaber Khalifa, may Allah Almighty have mercy on him, we were happy at ECCC to hold a competition to memorize the Holy Quran for children in the blessing month of Ramadan 2023.
The competition consisted of 3 levels with valuable prizes and we had 12 participants of youths of different ages.
We must envision our future while always embracing our past.
